At Club Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
